Nedbank home insurance. What a useless bunch. They are quick to make promises but cannot deliver. Waiting for two weeks for a letter regarding a rejected claim. Every time the consultant said they will sent it. No luck. If you want service, look for another provider. Nedbank personnel either cannot or do not want to assist.
