Nedbank home insurance is useless

Nedbank house insurance is useless; they are good at taking when you need them, but they are nowhere to be found. When she app**** for Nedbank insurance, they told her that her yard was supposed to be paved, but they never explained why they would let her join. I'd never heard of that nonsense about your yard having to be paved before. They saw on the news and on social media that the weather in Cape Town was severe; no one has influence over national disasters. @Nedbank, is that how you threaten your customers?
