Nedbank Home Insurance Horror

I have home loan with Nedbank and an insurance. I lodged a claim about my roof that when it rains water leaks. My claim was apparently rejected. The person who was set to assess the nature of my claim was not clued and uninterested as he said the problem is not the roof. As I am writing here there is water in my lounge going through my garage because my garage roof and thetch roof are intertwined. Now it has affected the roof from the garage and the water again goes from the lounge to the kitchen. My grocery cupboard is being affected. I have videos and pictures. What is the use of the home insurance if my claim cannot be taken seriously till there is rain water flooding through the house? I want this horror to be dealt with and the person they sent must never set foot again in my house!!!!
