Nedbank Home Insurance does not honor claims

A few weeks ago we had very windy conditions in Cape Town, a few of my Carport Sheeting came loose 1 or 2 are rusted... Now I put in a claim for the sheets that was damaged by the wind and now I am being told by Nedbank they wont be able to cover for the sheets that was blown off by the wind! They are making so many excuses why they can replace / repair what was damaged! Why am I paying insurance when it doesn't cover natural disaster like strong winds... Seems like if the roof of my house is blown off they wont be able to assist either..
