Nedbank home insurance Do Not Bond with this bank
It's been 8 months since a claim was logged till date repairs done was not completed by their contractors. I have called for days no one gets back it's one of the worst Banks in SA to have a home bond with Don't bond with this bank. We pay such allot for insurance but in return receive absolutely no services. My doors still not closing which is a security risks endangering lives but Nedbank doesn't give a ****.

16 Jul 2025, 12:19I called Nedbank again yesterday spoke to Zanele who is handling my claim she said nothing she can do.
Front door not closing sliding door handle fallen off water seeping through sliding door.
My home alarm cannot be armed due to this Nedbank is putting life at risk here as well as our family health.
Haley Abrahams who handled the complaint said to open up another claim but by doing that it's considered as ***** as this is not a new claim but an existing claim not completed and bad workersmanship by your contractors.
