Nedbank home insurance Disgusting service

Nedbank Home Insurance is the worst, most pathetic. Most disgusting service I have ever come across. Two weeks now I had a leak in my ceiling. The guys came and didn't even have a ladder they said they will come back. After two weeks Noone came. Yesterday my Geyser burst. And Noone has come.. In two days.. We have no Water for two days. With a new born baby in the house. We can't wash. We can't flush the toilet. We can't even make baby's Milk. We have to ask neighbors to help. During Corona virus. Noone has come out to help us in this two days. IM CANCELLING MY INSURANCE WITH NEDBANK. DO NOT USE NEDBANK HOME INSURANCE.!!! Disgusting. Pathetic.!! Unprofessional...! Slow AF
