Nedbank home insurance disgusting service

<p>Our house was paid up and sold , insurance and loan were paid up . Despite this Nedbabk insurance continued to charge for insurance. I have come to an understanding that they simply don't care about clients and this have not insured my property under them again. I have been trying telephonically and via e mail to get the money paid back. I have been promised the matter has been escalated and the mint will be paid. They have asked for proof that the property was sold which I have given to them about 5 times. I have dealt with Angi NKobeni, Charlene Van Tonder and numerous other people. I don't recommend Nedbank home insurance to any client as their lack of communication and ability to care for the clients is terrible. They have ****** from us. </p>
