Nedbank home Insurance Cover

I have logged an insurance claim with Nedbank Insurance. The claim is as a result of storm and my carpet was damaged, the smell of the carpet have found me paying for someone to remove the carpet because Nedbank is taking forever to finalise my claim. Consultant appointed is ITUMELENG MACHABA Lord the girl says it will take 60 days to finalise my claim. I pay insurance religiously to avoid inconvenience in such cases. 🤦🏾♀️🤦🏾♀️

I am disappointed to say the least, Nedbank teaches well Mara with ITUMELENG it failed us.😏😏

Oh ITUMELENG confirmed that the external assessors have submitted their reports timely but internal assessors it will depend on how many reports they have before they can attend my claim. The frastration and when she realised she was not making sense she hang up on me. I called to follow up at that time🤦🏾♀️🤦🏾♀️
