Nedbank home Insurance claim badly or not handled at all

My HOC is with Nedbank, to say my claim.process has been handled well or even handled much is an understatement. I lodged a claim 18 Dec and had to resubmit again on the 19 Dec as I was told my initial one was not fully captured. To this day I am still waiting on my leaking roof into ceiling and floor to be fixed. All I habe got rent is odd call from complaints department advisog me that thry are working within thier desired timeframes/slas.

I am at my wits end and I am tired with them.

I need urgent help.
