Nedbank Home Insurance claim

I'm a bond holder of Nedbank and my review in relation to Nedbank Home Insurance. I lodged a claim on the 8th February 2023, Claim No: C***. And the service provider came for evaluation I think on the 15th February 2023 and has since send back the findings to Nedbank. I called back in March and the consultant told me my claim was rejected and until today, I'm still awaiting the communication recording from her.

May Nedbank kindly revert back to me as soon as possible.
