NEDBANK HOME INSURANCE

On 05/2018 i bought a house nedbank help me with the finance and i took their Home insurance i lodged a claim for cracked wall and floors they reject the claim.Last year i claimed for burst pipe they fixed it but never paid for loss water cover. On 10/04/2020 i lodged two claim for roof leakage at the Kitchen and Wooden that attaches ground and upstars and affected window of the dining they sent assessor for window and the claim was approved then they sent the contractor then the contractor disapporoved the claim saying the wooden part was rotten took the picture on 05/06/2020 on which it was 2 months after the damages.I can't sleep am fearing that the house can collapse anytime please help me.Every month am still paying insurance but my claim was rejected.They payed for a window to be fixed only.
