Nedbank Home Insurance

Worse service ever from Nedbank Home Owners insurance department...no feedback ,constantly have to call them ,than you cant get hold of the person handling your claim ,than after months of struggling ,you get some stupid rejection of your claim because their engineers report ,YET the whole of KZN suffered from the flooding,half my deck collapsed ,2meter deep hole in my bank retainer walls washed away ,and still you want to say its not because of floods...poor poor service but every month you must your bond and insurance....
