Nedbank home insurance and Thabo Trading

I would like to know if anyone else has experienced the poor service from Nedbank home insurance as we have. After submitting a legitimate claim in December last year and them sending a pathetic contractor to fix the roof and damages caused from a storm they paid this contractor without confirmation that the work was completed satisfactorily.... And the roof is still leaking and damages have not been fixed and now..... We call every day and when u eventually get through after spending a fortune on call minutes while on hold we get told our case worker is not available..... Again.... And again.... And again.... The alternative person has no idea about the case but will find out and get our case worker to call us.... Have still not heard or received a call... Sending mails.... No reply..... Now I sit with a damaged home that leaks every time it rains and we just have to live with it. And I have to add an assessor was appointed to review our claim. Not sure if I should name them here as well but they are prominent as being a company Nedbank uses..... Last I was told they have yet to receive the assessment report...... I suppose the 'case worker' and 'Thabo trading' and the 'assessors' are sleeping in warm dry houses tonight while we keep drying floors.... As it is raining in middleburg again.... What next.... Who can help me get in contact with someone who has any power to make something happen...
