Nedbank home content insurance bad

Nedbank home content insurance don't pay out claims and tried to cheat us. Everytime you phone they record and say you can request at anytime, that's a lie. Requested more than once and no feedback. Really disappointed with nedbank. Definitely don't trust them anymore. Bad service and bad customer care help.
