nedbank holding our money

<p>We've been investing money as a group with nedbank for a year now, and we gave a notice on the account on time, and they made a mistake, and they promised to fix it, we followers up to check if it's fixed, and they conformed that the money will be available on the 9th Jan, we still do no have the money, we went to the branch, no help, we called the Manager Judy many times and she promised to get back to us, and she never, and when we call back she's always busy! This is not fair, and right, schools are opened and kids can't go to school becoz they holding our money and they don't even care! </p>
