Nedbank Holding My Money For No Reason

I had funds reversed to my bank account on Wednesday 13 September 2023, I got an sms that funds we successfully reversed, but will not appear on bank account and when I phone Nedbank call centre agents are telling me different stories and they not telling me why funds are not appearing.
