Nedbank holding my money

I was paid my salary into my Nedbank pocket account, I did not notice that my cheque account was non existent, so I provided the incor8bank details.

Nedbank advised the money will still come through into my account the money was put into my account on Thursday, it is reflecting in my account my I can't use the funds not can I transfer it to my cheque account because they took my cheque account away, this I find out today 03/07/2021

There is now a hold on my account, I can't use my funds, how frustrating

Nedbank release my money and provide me with a cheque account, or close my account n give my money

I don't ever want to bank with you again

I hope a competent person will call me and sort this out in the background
