NEDBANK HOC playing hide and seek......

Claim No: C ********** 406684. I registered a claim on 10 April 2019. The Contractor (K & L Projects) came the next day to assess the gate. Ever since then, there is a nice blame game between Nedbank and the Contractor regarding who is delaying. I am not interested in who needs to do what. All I need if for someone to do their work and let me know because I cannot indefinitely live without a proper working gate. Nedbank, you get payment from me every month without fail. The responsibility is on you to get proper Contractors who aligned with your service level. Right now I am getting a bunch of ***** from both my insurance and their Contractor. I need feedback TODAY!!!!!!!!
