Nedbank HOC are *******

After coming back from holiday on the 23rd of dec I noticed that my pool pump was not working and the water starting to go bad. I tried to get it going with no luck and on the 26th I lodge a claim with my Nedbank HOC insurance. The service supplier only phoned my on the 27th and indicated that they had no one that could assist me and I should get a quote..I struggled to get a reliable supplier, for a replacement quote as there was no indication that it should be assessed but finally managed and mailed the morning of the 30th with my pool water now horrible and kids not able to swim in their school Holiday. I had to follow up on the 31st and resend the quote. I had to again follow up with nedbank on the 2nd, now 9 days later when they said that the pump is not covered due to wear and tear. The supplier I got just indicated that something went wrong and would recommend a replacement. I am disgusted in the treatment through the entire process and the final result, this caused my 3 kids and family for over 2 weeks not being able to use the pool, seems like they just dont care.
