Nedbank Hoax

<p>My wife gets a call from an agent at Nedbank, she tells my wife that since she has been such a loyal and good client they going to offer her 6 months no service fee.</p> <p>Anyway she still gets charged, obviously we phone Nedbank to query and get told after a day of investigations that it was definitely not a call from Nedbank and could be a hoax.</p> <p>Lucky enough my wife checks her phone and finds the number she was called from. So I immediately call Nedbank and spoke to the agent who I suppose was leading the team with much urgency to determine what is going on. She did not seem excited that I was to give the hoaxer's number. Anyway she said she will investigate it and get back to me. That was 14 DAYS ago. </p> <p>I dialled the so call hoax number and to our amazement it went straight to Nedbank, imagine that.</p> <p>So we know who the hoaxer is now, don't we?</p> <p>Try it, not lying... ********** 000</p>
