Nedbank Highvell Mall Poor Service

We are running a business. Banking with Nedbank, Highveld Mall being our Branch and our Banker is Jabu. The guy is useless or should I say Nedbank Highveld mall is useless. We have been waiting for an overdraft application outcome for almost two weeks now. It's simple as "Either we qualify or Not" but being held at ransom with not knowing where we are approved or not we can make other financial arrangement is poor service.
