Nedbank : Highly *********** Staff

We been with Nedbank business for almost 10 years I have filled in MR 1 form to add 6 cards - i was told to fill in MR 2 then i filled in MR 2 - after one week , form was rejected , i was told i need to fill in MR 1 why cant bank fill in these forms , we are in business banking, there is a relationship manager every month we pay so many charges , we have 10 garagre cards, 3 cr cards, 5 different account
