Nedbank hides Luno money transfers

I transfered money from the Luno app to a new Nedbank account I opened specifically for this function when I trade bitcoin.

I transfered the funds on the 11th November and it’s Christmas eve iam still stuck with chats, emails, calls and arguments with both Luno and Nedbank to trace my money.

Nedbank wants me to miraculously provide them with a swift code to trace the money in what could be the “vostro “ suspense account . Meanwhile Luno wants me to give them statements for a new account where there were no transactions. Thus the statement cannot be generated. Meanwhile my money is sitting in one of their “suspense” accounts earning them interest whilst I sit penniless on Christmas .

No one is helping and I just get “ apologies for the inconvenience “ emails that require action from my side I cannot take without the others assistance. Iam so frustrated.
