nedbank hidden charges

i was a faithful customer until today. nedbank have hidden charges i just realized i had no money when i check transactions they made charges of R150 and when i check R88 is for Atm/ssd fee i don't know what is it for and this month i did not used atm or ssd that much nedbank you let me down
