Nedbank Hidden additional fee

I called nedback call centre to inquire about a transaction on my bank statement, nedbank on monthly basis debit an amount of R82.50 from my cheque account, its called NRB addictional comp fee on reference, i called callcentre to find out what the fee is for and none of the Agents seem to know nothing about that fee and was tranferredd from one call to another without assistance, almost 6 Agents i spoke too know nothing about it, i tried again other Agents same thing and was referrred to my branch, i went to my branch they told me they also dont know what the fee is for but nedbank kept taking money from my account, i was told by branch that they will investigate and call me back since last year did not get a call. Today i called again call centre as money is taken again one of the agents said its one of their division and transferred me to small business and told they know what is for and gave me *** collection said they also dont know agents cut me on the phone several times lots of them, i want to cancel this account but want to know what is this fee all about
