Nedbank Hero Nicolas

This is more of a happy ending overshadowing my issue I had trying to get it resolved. I would like to say a Big thank you to Nicolas from the Nedbank complaints team who went beyond the call of duty by trying his utmost to resolve my issue. He went as far as calling me back and conferencing me in with the Credit bureau and advising them that nedbank had sent the relevant documents through and requesting that they urgently update my profile. Although I have not received any feedback from the bureau as yet I think Nicolas deserves a pat on the back he showed customer obsession and took ownership it restored my faith in nedbank and I look forward to good relationship with nedbank in the near future.
