Nedbank Herm**** is the pits

I am treasurer of an NPO, and our accounts were frozen on 24 July. It took me 3 days to find out that it was because our FICA registration lapsed. Please note that NO notification was send to tell us this would happen. I then went to Nedbank Herm**** to try and sort out the problem. The lady who works with their business accounts is on maternity leave and no seems to know how to get this sorted. Despite numerous visits, emails etc it is now 4 weeks later and our accounts are still frozen. We are busy with a major restoration project and we now have to stop work because of the complete inefficiency of Nedbank. This is the worst service from any service provider I have ever experienced. Wish I could given 0/10.
