Nedbank helped me save my home loan

often we have such negative pereceptions about financial institutions because normally when they give us credit they are fully aware that retrenchment is a reality and yet when it happens I feel like there aren't systems in place to help one recuperate without loosing the products we have with them in my case my home loan.

The Nedbank restructuring department and the following individuals to be precise: Ms. Lucia Ledwaba and Mr Stanley Sindane have really assisted me in insuring that I keep my home loan with the bank and in essence keep my home. Although the odds were against me they were willing to listen, sympathise and go beyond the call of duty to assist me. And that has changed my very negative perception of Nedbank.
