Nedbank - Help me help myself here please.

I am quite triggered today - Nedbank have been a very helpful bank to me up until this point however I am having some issues changing my mobile banking number with them. I am uncomfortable with going into the mall or branch due to the current state of the world (Covid 19 saga) - Surely there is a way that I can be helped, surely there is a solution for me to change my mobile number without having to go into the branch - PLEASE HELP ME NEDBANK
