Nedbank - heartless to the core

Nedbank is the worst bank to deal with, the staff are unsympathetic and fails to understand peoples and what they been through. My wife and i applying for a home loan with Nedbank because my wife is staff but we just get declined due to credit score. I do admit that i have not had the best payment history over the last 2 years or so due to extreme medical and legal expenses for my late dad who passed away from pancreatic cancer, medical aid covered very little and had to resolve estate locally and in India. All my arrears on those accounts have been settled and have a clean payment history for the last 6 months with not a single missed payment. With all of this Nedbank truly dont understand their concept of how to see money differently, they just missing the human element and factor. I suppose this is also why they ranked at the bottom of the top 5 banks in SA. I also can't fathom how Nedbank grants vehicle and home loans to people who lie about their income and expenditure and starts to default after a few months on the payments, i hear many of these cases. Simply put Nedbank does not trust honest people but rather do business with a bunch ****s and ********s.
