NEDBANK hear my VOICE MFC! JUST **** YOUR REPETITION!

Dear Sir/Madam i was so happy service that i always get from NEDBANK GROUP until now!I am trying to get car finance since from Monday from MFC but no luck.As a Nedbank customer i have already credit card and MFC car Loan under my profile.i already gave all necessary documents to car dealer but apparently somebody is not doing their job at call center and just getting salary!!! How long it can take to get it done only R70.000 car Loan? I mean seriously?i got numerous spam call from MFC to offer me Loan everybody...Now i need car loan but they dont care and they dont do their job at all! I will most probably will re consider to be a Nedbank customer since i am getting extremely bad service from MFC...I hope somebody will my voice and MAKE THINGS HAPPEN! Otherwise , no problem at all i ll get from any other Loan provider....Let me know if you are not interested with my business. Regards
