NEDBANK HEADING DOWN THE DRAIN
On 15 March 2024 I made a withdrawal inside the branch. The teller told me I would be charged for this withdrawal. I explained that according to my specific account structure, I may make two withdrawals a month inside the branch without paying a service fee. She still insisted that I would pay a fee. Well, On 26 March 2024 the service fee was debited against my account. The branch staff promised to rectify the error but to date have done absolutely nothing! What has become of Nedbank? How are you training staff? Clearly the staff are not motivated.

04 Apr 2024, 12:23I have TWO reference numbers for my query. To date, no response. I drove all the way to Nedbank on Tuesday to face the staff who promised to call me back. With red faces, they apologised and accused each other for not following up. Currently the positive reviews for Nedbank is a mere 2190, while the negative reviews are a whopping 19580. And Nedbank does not respond. Years ago this would have been unheard of. Employees of Nedbank used to be the best of the very best. No more. So so sad
