Nedbank headache

I must say this one frustrating bank ever, I have in three months struggled to get my app up.and running.i have been sent to pillar to post about this and always had to withdraw a large sum and get charged because the bank don't have a solution to get my app operational.i am very disappointed and frustrated at the same time.i am considering moving to a bank that would take me serious
