Nedbank Hayfields poor service

I tried to get a profile number for the banking app at Nedbank Hayfields PMB. I dont have a bank account with Nedbank but I have two standalone credit cards. First I was told that its possible, then I was told that its not possible. I had to go to the branch twice on the same day. Ridiculous!
