Nedbank Hayfields is no help.

Honestly the worst service in the world at Nedbank Hayfields. Trying to change signatories on our club account and they have dragged it on for 2 weeks even though when we were in the branch, they stated the whole process would only take 24 hours. I tried to phone them as I'm not able to get off work to go into the branch and they do not have a direct line, so you can only call the call center who are no help with the issue and are only able to leave a message with someone at the branch to call me back, but have not received a phone call from them even after leaving multiple messages for a call back.
