Nedbank have poor service and are ***********.

I am writing this review very sad as I have been and my family has been with Nedbank for long now, I have a business card, MFC and a normal cheaqe account with them, its only now when I went to debt review when Nedbank from my normal account that made me see Nedbank for what they are, on the 28th last month my debt counsellors called them to arrange a repayment and immediately they took away my over draft and took money from account and still told my debt counsellor to pay for the over draft they have already taken from my account, I tried to call them many times and i went through the most horrible experience of being transferred from pillar to post until i got to the debt review department who asked me to send an email to request a refund which I did but even today I have not received the refund or even get an email of acknowledgement. I will be closing my account with them and do not wish anyone I know to be associated with Nedbank because they are a horrible bank with ***********s agents. recently there is a guy by the name of Donald Komo from Nedbank who promised me that they are processing the refund but he was lying to me as nothing has happened. I am fed up with Nedbank and would urge all to not have anything with Nedbank, they are awful.
