Nedbank Have Not Even Bothered To Reply!!

Even after laying a complaint on this platform on the 03 Dec 2019 at 12:50 pm Nedbank has not bothered to reply. It's either a) my concerns aren't important to them or b) they don't take complaints on this platform seriously. Nedbank is a pathetic company with even worse customer service.
