NEDBANK HAVE NO FORESIGHT AND TREAT YOU AS A NUMBER

My home loan comes to an end in 4 months and Nedbank contacted me to transfer title deed. In order to avoid immediate transfer I app**** for an readvance that was available. I was shocked they rejected me due to affordability. Notwithstanding the CPA I would expect logic to prevail as I have never faltered in the last 20 odd years. I am now glad to end this relationship because one never existed. They treat you like a number as everything is done one line. Good riddance .

Dont think this is an appeal. I never was desperate for the cash in the first place but dread to imagine if I really wanted it.
