Nedbank have no consideration for people

Do not use nedbank car finance, they want proof of insurance every year ,if they do not get it they add R956 to your installment ,they don't care if you have the money or not , then when you send the proof as it is the only way they will cancel this cover , which they also say "as you requested" but I requested nothing , they are now sending cancelation letters but I have not received my money back , they harassed me with sms and emails for proof of insurance mind You, not one phone call .It's the disregard for people's lives , take out time to get proof of insurance, when I got it they had a problem with it, then just add an extra amount to the installment no consideration if I have the funds or not , for 3 years in a row they did this, I had a car with ABSA and I Never had any problem with them and they get car dealers to convince us to choose nedbank
