Nedbank hates its customers

Having been with Nebank for over 45 YEARS!!! and now being a wealth client I was disgusted with the support I've been shown .

I recently had some ***** on my account and instead of helping I was just told 'Sorry you got ****med its common this time of year' No help at all in steps i need to follow to secure my account .

*No feedback *Ignored phone calls

I managed to cancel my cards myself and order new one (ones missing already in post)

I recently send an email I'm changing banks and taking my full portfolio with ,In absolute shock and Horror the only response I got was basically ,No problems we will do it for you!!!!!!
