Nedbank has zero integrity

I have an arrangement with Nedbank credit card where they monthly deduct arrear amounts. However today i received a threatening email with threats of summons and judgements after it is paid monthly????? How can you as bank nake arrangements and when they are being met still threaten your clients? It says alot about the bank and their integrity....
