NedBank has veryyyyy poOOOOOOR Service terrible

<p>Am banking with nedbank now for year ,and now that i need thm the service is so poor ,the call centre consultant ,cant help you or give you feedback its like know one really knows what they doing,lol Managers at nedbank stays in meetings and can never answer the phone ,am a Call Centre Manager and never in my life have i have seen a call centre thats so *********** in doing there jobs ,word of at adivce to the nedbank directors what a waits of money wow am really desiponted after 20 phone calls to the bank no help or answers ,Please can someone help me that knows how to do there job ,,,,</p>
