Nedbank has the worst service in this country

I have received the worst service at the Nedbank call centre , the Nedbank centurion mall branch and worst of all the ***** department.

The staff is unresponsive, no feedback, no one seems to know what they are doing . I’ve been banking with Nedbank for years and it’s sad to see such ********** service .

Very disappointed
