NEDBANK HAS THE WORST SERVICE EVER!!!!

I personally think nedbank has the WORST SERVICE EVER!!!!! my account is not even a month old n here is a list of issues I have with them. 1-i bought a speed point through them and normally the delivery process takes 3-5 working days mine took 3 weeks mind you I have been calling countless times demanding an update. Then I downloaded their STUPID APP n for some STUPID REASON I CAN NEVER LOG ON!!! I also have an issue of NO NOTIFICATION WATSO EVER ABOUT MY ACCOUNT WHEN MONEY IS WITHDRAWN OR DEPOSITED. HOW THE **** IS THAT OK NEDBANK??????? Its Dec n we know people get ****med n YOU DON'T PRIORITIZE THIS REALLY? How MANY TIMES DO I HAVE TO GO TO YOUR BRANCH FOR ISSUES I'M EXPERIENCING WITH YOU????? MY ****EN ACCOUNT IS NOT EVEN A MONTH OLD N SO FAR YOU HAVE INCONVENIENCED MY LIFE. I'M DONE WITH NEDBANK!!!!!!
