Nedbank has the worst insurance service ever.

Nedbank has the worst insurance service I've ever experienced.

Firstly I've app**** for a policy that I have to pay in advance to get?? Why? Secondly, I have a policy that I pay for but no one can tell me what it is or where so they can't cancel it for me?

Here I am thinking moving to Nedbank but after this experience I'll rather stick to a more expensive bank but know I'll get service when I phone.
