Nedbank has terrible service

I've been struggling for a month to get my Nedbank account activated, They charging me bank charges for an account I cant use and is not yet active. I've been to the branch twice without success. I would suggest trying Capitec, Absa, or FNB, their service is good and no struggles with opening accounts
