Nedbank has taken all of my salary without my concern

I have a home loan with Nedbank and had asked them for 3 months relief last year. Last year, on the 15th of November (2024), after my normal home loan payment went through, Nedbank, internally took R11000 from my account without my concern. I then spoke to Zethu Nyandeni telephonically, who works at Nedbank 6th Floor Block I Nedbank 135 Rivonia Campus, 135 Rivonia Road Sandown Sandton 2196, South Africa, explaining the financial constrains we have. The email read as follows: "Hope this email finds you well. As per our conversation, my husband is diagnosed with multiple organ failures due to head injury he sustained while he was on duty. Currently, he is taking chronic medication which is expensive for me to buy and many more problems that we have. Please note that we were waiting for RAF's offer of which we have received this week. Normally, they take 60-90 working days to pay but our lawyer has pleaded with them to pay us sooner, which they have promised to do mid-December. We promise that, as soon as we receive it, we will pay the whole balance. Please find attached, Dr's Certificate. Thank you in advance. " However, yesterday, Nedbank did the same, taking all my salary, leaving me with only R100. Even my insurance policies (including the life cover did not went through). I then send Zethu Nyandeni another email at 5:50am today asking for clarity but she never responded. I even tried to call her but she ignored and/or denied my calls. I then phoned the call centre again and got hold of Minenhle Radebe who told me that Zethu had left few minutes ago. He then referred me to the complaints department. Waiting for their response. I was unable to buy stationery, food, petrol, municipality bills leaving me and my family hungry and in despair. As I type, we are hungry, my husband not able to take his medication and my children going to school without the stationery. IN REALITY, NEDBANK IS KILLING MY HUSBAND AND THE SELF-ESTEEM OF MY CHILDREN. THIS IS SO HURTFUL.
