Nedbank has ****** my money

On Saturday I transferred R4000 from my current account to an investment account. The money has left my current account but has not yet shown up in my investment. I have been calling daily and everyone agrees they can see the money going out of my account but they cannot tell where it is. All I want is my money back because now the only entity earning interest out of my money is the bank. No one can give any sensible response other than "its been worked on". I JUST WANT MY MONEY BACK PLEASE!!!
