Nedbank has poor service plan

My client sent me money with the cardless withdrawal option I went to nedbank bank and the atms weren't working for the past two days, went to the bank they told me the money was reversed and will only appear after 3 days so I couldn't do anything. NEDBANK is so inconvenient and a delay. Not reliable at all thank you
