Nedbank has no values and work ethics

I did a loan application on the 8th August 2019, since then i never got a confirmation of the approval, i had to call their call centre daily to follow-up, i was advised on Wednesday 13th August that it is with finance for payout. Since then its still with finance for payout, i went to the Sandton branch on Friday the 15th and a consultant tried to escalate my matter however to my shock: a whole hour she trued contacting every single person in the personal loans finance payout department, not even 1 person answered her call, from Line Manager, team leaders and even called their cellphones. It became clear to me that Nedbank values and ethics are simply non-existing, their marketing says they payout in 48 hours to your bank, its been 6 working days and 10 days since my application approval and still nothing.
